Returns

“Returns are only accepted for products found to have significant manufacturing defects or damage. Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the packaged product for any visible external damage and make a note of it on the delivery acknowledgement.

 

For upholstery and delicate items such as sofas, mirrors, and glass, please ensure to accept open delivery and thoroughly check for any damage before accepting the delivery. If any damage is found, please reject the delivery immediately. Authorized service personnel are the only ones permitted to unpack and install other furniture items requiring assembly.

 

If any damage or defects are detected during installation, they must be documented for a return to be processed within 15 days. If a replacement item is not available within seven working days of the original item being collected, Balaji Furniture will issue a credit note or refund. Refunds will be processed via RTGS to the customer’s account.”

 

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your order within twenty-four hours of placing it, a refund will be issued after deducting any bank fees and A 2% deduction of the product’s value.
